support for USB Dacs
I like the product and had it running on the pi in no time at all.

However I can't seem to get it recognise my USB Dac

Any ideas

Hi,

If you can utilise your DAC via ALSA the OpenHome player should work
with it.

1. Can you play a wav file through it using the 'aplay' utility ?
2. The OpenHome player uses the default card. If your DAC isn't the default
i.e. you had to specify it in the play command line then the '.asoundrc'
file can be used to set it as default.

'aplay -L' will list available devices. Look for those prefixed with 'hw:'

If you can't play though it using 'aplay' then OpenHome Player will fail as well.
